Mainly use LDPE, LLDPE, PP as raw materials, adopt special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity screw, guarantee better plasticizing. Hydraulic screen changer and high-efficiency cooling roller are used to ensure film shaping effect during production.Film edge can be recycled on-line, reduce the production cost.
Double-station rotating-disc type winding system has central winding function. auto cutting, auto changing roll, online slitting function, no need secondary slitting, can save time and labor. Automatic adjusting T-die and auto thickness gauge are optional according to customer'srequirement.
